A lil' tiny first post...
Alrighty then.... So first blog.... Wow! This is new... Righty ho!
As you can probably tell by the title I'm a science student, I study A-level Biology and Chemistry as my sciences... Along with A-level Pure Mathematics and Statistics (Stuff that one will most likely never use) and A-level German (One of the most useless subjects known to man!). That is not to say that I believe German to be useless, of course I don't! My mother's side is German! It's to say that the course is dreadfully dull and useless, for when on earth shall I talk with a German about what I do to help the enviroment?! Or use the sentence, Es ist ein alter mann in meinem Dachboden.
Not only am I a geeky science student but I also work part time in a pharmacy, lending my services to help the old in the wonderful town of Hythe (Fondly known as God's waiting room).
I also like to do my fair share of writing. To be honest, I probably spend more time writing my own personal novels than I should but what'ya gonna do! I mean, hell! I write fanfiction as well... I mean, I looooove books! Seriously, I went to Egypt for two weeks in the middle of the summer and not only did I get an amazing tan and wander around in chinos, a shirt and flip flops but I got through 6 books!!! My holiday reading was brilliant; while every lonely middle-aged woman sat around the pool reading that firewood that is fifty shades of grey, I happily got through: Fatherland by Robert Harris; Jeder stirbt für sich allein by Hans Fallada; Margret Thatcher's (God bless her soul) Autobiography; The Communist Manifesto by Marx and Engles; Two books (One play and one of poetry) by Bertold Brecht annnndddd I re-read Silence of the Lambs by Thomas Harris. So... Seven books technically.
However, sadly this year I shall not be returning to the wonderfully hot, rebellious land of Egypt this year to claim the the seat of PM. Instead, my reign is moving northwards to... The Northfolk Broads! -_- Yup! So, no sun but a hell of a lot of rivers and pubs!
Anyways, I must be off... I have a biology paper to write! YAY! *Insert sarcasm sign*
